Site Controller - SEM59642

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Site Controller. The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton & comes with some home office flexibility.

Your Role:

• Perform month-end closing for the company site & analyse & prepare the required monthly reporting.
• Manage production & project controlling.
• Act as a business partner for all site functions (including production, R&D, sales & product management).
• Define & further develop value flow in collaboration with production.
• Support & actively pursue measures to increase efficiency.
• Ensure timely & business-relevant reporting.
• Collaborate & support with planning & ad-hoc analyses.
• Act as a local key user for SAP CO.

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of professional Controlling, preferably including within Industrial Environments.
• A high Digital affinity & solid experience with MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Expertise in SAP is very advantageous.
• Strong skills in collaborating within cross-functional teams & with stakeholders at all levels.

Your Profile:  

• Completed University Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Completed Specialist Certificate in Finance & Accounting or comparable qualification.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills & highly customer-oriented.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & a very good command of German (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
