System Engineer IT Service Management (German Speaking) - SEM59646

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a System Engineer IT Service Management. This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Maintain, further develop & customize a SaaS ITSM platform.
• Design service catalog offers with workflows for publication on an ICT Service Portal.
• Support development & testing environment & organize bi-weekly releases.
• Oversee & develop operational ITSM processes, especially incident management & service request management.

Your Skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Systems Engineering.
• An in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management & Dealing with ITSM Platforms, preferably including SMAX.
• Skilled & experienced with Scripting & Programming Languages.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar.
• Ideally ITIL Certified.
• Fluent in English & very good German language skills (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
