Full-Stack Web Developer (IIoT) - SEM59652

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Full-Stack Web Developer (IIoT). This role is permanent position based in Basel-Landschaft Canton.

Your Role:

• Assist in the maintenance & further development of an IIoT platform.
• Maintenance & further development of IIoT services in the form of web applications.
• Partake in the reliable operation of the platform for customers (DevOps).

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Web Development, Web Architecture & creating robust & efficient Web Applications.
• Skilled & experienced in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React & JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experienced in most of the following Technologies:

• PostgreSQL, Kafka, InfluxDB & other time series databases.
• AWS Lambda.
• Docker & Kubernetes.
• MQTT (or similar).
• Operating an SaaS platform & associated services, including DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD) & maintaining clean code & security.
• Agile (Scrum) Methodology.
• IoT / IIoT & Industry 4.0.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Open, communicative & team-oriented.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered highly advantageous.
