Team Lead Windows System Engineer - SEM59578

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Team Lead Windows System Engineer. The role is a permanent position based in Zurich Canton with very good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Lead & hold responsibility for the performance of a Systems Engineering Team.
• Advise internal stakeholders & hold responsibility for solution implementation & support in the areas of server, network & client infrastructure.
• Work closely with a transformation team to technically evaluate & implement digitization & automation projects.
• Find & test new systems & technologies.
• Observe & maintain various existing systems & maintain close contact with an infrastructure provider.
• Optimize & adapt IT services in the infrastructure area (design & build).
• Manage technical documentation & concepts.
• Constantly monitor & optimize the provision of services in terms of quality, effectiveness & efficiency.
• Utilize the following technology stack: Windows Server 2016 & 2019, XenDesktop, MS SQL & Oracle, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, HP-Clients with Windows 10/11 & Intune.

Your Skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Windows Systems Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Leading Systems Engineering Teams.
• Skilled & experienced in Microsoft Servers / Clients.
• Very accustomed to managing Active Directory & Group Policy Management.
• Experienced in maintaining Networks & configuring active devices such as Routers, Switches & Firewalls.
• Experienced in Virtualization.
• Any experience with Microsoft Intune is considered a plus.
• Ideally experienced within Industrial Environments.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics

or similar.

• Self-motivated, structured & solution-oriented with very good communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered a very strong plus.
