One of our important clients is currently seeking a Head of SAP HCM Processes & Support. The role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton.
Hold responsibility for HCM system processes & the management of the department.
Prepare business concepts for the implementation of business requirements in SAP HCM.
Create change request requirements on the basis of statutory, personal legal changes & customer requirements (clarify, consult, concept solutions, line test, implement & coordinate).
Define & test roles, profiles, and authorizations for the entire SAP HCM system (OM, PA, PY, PT, PKP, LSO & aconso).
Maintain organizational management in SAP HCM for service departments.
Oversee SAP HCM end-of-year work, patches & release changes.
Process & customize productive tables in connection with disposals (aconso) & personnel administration.
Oversee revision-proof data quality, data protection & data consistency within the SAP HCM system.
Provide project management, collaboration & expert input in requirements management & projects.
Your Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in a similar function within a group structure.
Knowledge of SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, ESS / MSS Portal, Reporting).
Ideally a knowledge of SAP HCM tools like aconso & Query Manager.
Well-founded knowledge of HR administration processes.
Experienced in public administration.
Versatile, goal-oriented & interdisciplinary thinking.
Fluent German (spoken & written).
