We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Service Desk Specialist (80%). This role is a permanent position based in Luzern Canton.
Receive, process & rectify internal customer error messages.
Support local users in solving problems in relation to IT systems & applications.
Communicate IT information & updates to the people within the affected circles.
Edit self-service instruction.
Organize information & experience exchange events for supporters in other locations within the German, Italian & French-speaking areas of Switzerland.
Practical experience in the field of IT.
Excellent competence in written & oral communication.
Highly service oriented.
Fluent in German & French & good Italian language skills.
Computer science degree with the Swiss Confederation (or comparable training).
A strong team-player & problem-solver.
Independent, efficient & driven to continuously improve.
