SAP SuccessFactors Specialist - SEM59602

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist. The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Partake in the further development of IT HR Systems / Strategy (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP Fiori).
• Consolidate technical requirements in cooperation with HR specialists, ensure quality assurance & hold responsibilities for system configurations & configuration management with focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure change & release management & support the technical conception & implementation of training courses.
• Take over incident & problem management for associated systems.
• Provide application advice & support users & organizations.
• Advise & support process handling in the context of HR digitization strategy.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in SAP focused funcitons.
• A very good technical knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM (PA-OM-PY).

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree with specialization in Economics or Computer Science or similar (or corresponding practical experience).
• Solution & service-oriented, in possession of a quick comprehension & continuously motivated to learn & further develop.
• Collaborative, very good communication skills & a team player.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & a good command of German (ideally to at least B1 Level).
