M365 Engineer (German Speaking) - SEM59624

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a M365 Engineer (German Speaking). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Understanding the needs & requirements of customers.
• Assist in evaluating, implementing & promoting the introduction of new features & processes.
• Develop best practices & training for end users on Microsoft Office 365 & associated tools (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, M365 Groups, Exchange, OneNote, Outlook, etc.).
• Implement & administrate Teams telephony.
• Provide 2^nd/3^rd level support for Microsoft Office 365 & associated tools.
• Develop business solutions with MS Power Platform
• Support the creation of technical concepts & system overviews.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong competencies in providing Microsoft Office 365 End-User Technical Support / Expertise.
• Experienced in M365, Azure, Teams & SharePoint.
• Accustomed to creating & evolving governance to drive the effective, secure & compliant use of Microsoft 365 services (primarily Teams & SharePoint).
• Experience in or motivated to learn MS Power Platform,

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Responsible, committed & high-initiative.
• Analytical, communicative & team-oriented.
• Very good German language skills to at least B2 level (spoken & written) are mandatory. English & French language skills are considered a plus.
