Team Lead Windows Systems Engineer (German Speaking) - SEM59655

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Team Lead Windows Systems Engineer. This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Lead a team of 6 Engineers.
• Hold responsibility for the further development of platforms & services & ensure that they meet security requirements.
• Design identity & access management, Entra ID, server infrastructure, modern client workstation & the Microsoft application environment.
• Ensure the efficient operation of platforms together with the operations team.
• Actively support projects (especially on technical issues) & plan the teams work assignments.
• Ensure the financial management of the responsible cost centers.
• Provide on-call service when required.

Your Skills:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Windows Systems Engineering.
• Several years of experience Leading teams.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory & Microsoft Client & Server.
• Ideally experienced in Azure Cloud.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar.
• Conceptual & innovative with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English & very good German language skills (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
